STG_DIMENSION_LOADER Package Corrupted Post Upgrade to PFT 8.1.1 or PFT 8.1.2 (Doc ID 2938159.1)

Symptoms

After upgraded PFT from 8.0.x to 8.1.1 or 8.1.2, the STG_DIMENSION_LOADER package corrupted, while trying to re-compile it by using PFT standard package creation scripts below:

../PFT812/OFS_PFT/bin/scripts/atomic/create/stg_dimension_loader.pck

../PFT811/OFS_PFT/bin/scripts/atomic/create/stg_dimension_loader.pck

Which reports error messages as the following:

627/6     PLS-00302: component 'V_STG_INTF_MEMBER_COLUMN' must be declared

652/1     PL/SQL: Statement ignored
653/6     PLS-00302: component 'V_STG_INTF_MEMBER_COLUMN' must be declared
1109/1    PL/SQL: Statement ignored
1116/6    PLS-00302: component 'V_STG_INTF_MEMBER_COLUMN' must be declared
Errors: check compiler log

Function FN_DRMDATALOADER compiled

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Upgrade PFT from 8.0.x to 8.1.1 or 8.1.2
2. Check STG_DIMENSION_LOADER package
