Symptoms

When attempting to setup an Interest Rate Code (IRC) in Rate Management, the Reference Currency drop down in interest rate curves is empty and does not allow to save any IRCs.
This issue occurs when opening existing Hybrid IRC, opening existing standard IRC, trying to create a new IRC. Checking display for all currencies on/off doesn't help either.
