Error With Null Description When Sorting A Table On The Item Supplier Countries Screen (Doc ID 2938372.1)

Symptoms

Error when sorting the table in the item Supplier Country Screen.

"Some error has occurred. Error received is : null. Please contact System Administrator"

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Go into Items -> Manage Items -> Edit Item -> More Actions - Suppliers -> Countries of Sourcing
2. For an item which has a sourcing country configured, try to sort the table multiple times - on Case size, Tier, Height etc. After a few clicks the error should be reproduced.
