XDSDuplicateUniqueIdInRegistry In RLS During ITI-41 (Doc ID 2938425.1)

Goal

The purpose of this document is to find out the possible cause of HIM-RLS  receiving duplicate request for the same SubmissionSetID, seconds apart.

The requests appear to be coming from Oracle Healthcare Data Repository (HDR). Both requests have the same wsa:MessageID.

Here is some explanation/illustration of what is shown in the logfile:


At 2:38:06,976, HDR (server 17) received an ITI-41 request
At 2:38:06.986, RLS (server 03) received an ITI-42 request
At 2:38:12.134, RLS (server 04) received a duplicate ITI-42 request

All of the logs have the wsa:MessageID "MessageID>".
There is a duplicate ITI-42 request going to a different RLS server to the first.
