ALM 8.0.7: Prepayment Objects Are Not Visible In UI Even Though Data Exists In Backend (Doc ID 2938632.1)

Symptoms

In Prepayment screen couple prepayment objects were defined under ALMSEG Folder, but after SAVE these newly created prepayments disappeared form the UI.


In backend FSI_M_PPMT table the system IDs are present, but in the user interface are not visible.
