Circuits on orders with an Activity of Disconnect should NOT be available for assignment regardless of the status, Pending Disconnect, In Progress, DLR Issued, etc. When designing an EVC is the Schematic (GLR) window, BW circuit swill not be available as long as the circuit is in a Pending Disconnect status but as soon as it goes to In Progress or DLR Issued it will be come available to choose in the assignment windows.
Recreation Steps
1. Inventory Management.
2. Connection Design.
3. Retrieved and opened an "In Service" Virtual circuit.
4. Selected Schematic Design.
5. Right-clicked component and selected "Add Hard Connection".
6. Selected a Network in the "Available Connections" window (w_cd_web_response) and noted the Connection Specification and Connection ID information of the available circuits to choose.
7. Clicked Cancel.
8. New Engineering Work Order.
9. Created new EWO.
10. Manage Connections.
11. Disconnect Connection.
12. Retrieved the Bandwidth connection noted from step 6 in the "Select Connection For Disconnect" window (w_asr_ecckt_chg_disc_maintenance) and added it to the order. Circuit's status now "Pending Disconnect".
13. Verified Bandwidth circuit is no longer listed in the "Available Connections" window accessed in step 6.
14. Assigned Provisioning Plan with RID and DD tasks to the order.
15. Performed the RID task's Group Disconnect and Group Print operations and marked circuit as "Record Issued".
16. Verified Bandwidth circuit is now listed and available for selection in the "Available Connections" window accessed in step 6.
