EBS-PS: Unable To Change or Delete ASCP Plan Name in PS Plan Options (Doc ID 2939294.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to remove ASCP plan reference from the PS Plan options, the following error occurs.

ERROR:
"You cannot remove the reference to the ASCP plan because you have specified this production schedule as a source of firm planned orders for the ASCP plan"

Steps:

1. Go to Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility
2. Navigate to Supply Chain Plan - Names and create a new ASCP Plan (NO PS plan is referenced in the ASCP Plan)
3. Switch to Production Scheduler responsibility
4. Navigate to Production Scheduler - Names and create a new PS Plan
5. Reference ASCP plan name in the schedule options and save
6. Try to Change or Delete the ASCP plan and observe it doesn't change
