Goal

On : 7.3.5.0.0 version, Database

OSM Partition Drop problem

 When we try to add/remove a partition on OSM Database, it seems that oracle's GEN0 background process causes a wait with the 'RELIABLE MESSAGE' wait for the event on the partitioning session. There is no workaround available. Could you check it, please?
