On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, Billing Care

For a very large accounts customer get below error in bill-unit-summary call. You have many accounts in PROD with more than 25k bills and more than 500 bill units and agents are not able to see balance summary or even open newsfeed since newsfeed is displayed along with Balance summary container.
