In ALM 8.0.x, FE 430 Interest Cash Flow Is Not Calculated Correctly For First Bucket (Doc ID 2939730.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.x version, FE 430 (Interest Cash Flow) for first bucket is not calculated correctly for fixed rate products (adjustable_type_cd = 0).

The engine is not considering LAST_PAYMENT_DATE to NEXT_PAYMENT_DATE to calculate it, instead it is considering the ORIGINATION_DATE to NEXT_PAYMENT_DATE period.
