Unable to Add Multiple Selected Circuits on ISR Order Clicking APPLY First Then OK (Doc ID 2939814.1)

Symptoms

Unable to add multiple circuits on an Internal Service Request (ISR) order. The application only added 1 of the 24 circuits multi-selected in the "Select Connection for Change" window (w_asr_ecckt_chg_disc_maintenance) after clicking Apply the OK.

Recreation Steps

1. Order Management.

2. New Internal Service Request.

3. Enter data on Administration tab (used Request Type: F-Facility, Activity: C-Change, Number of Circuits: 24).

4. Click Save.

5. Click Circuits tab.

    * Note "Number of Circuits Requested" value at the bottom right of the order is the same entered on the Administration tab.

6. Click the add icon "|=|" at the bottom of the order.

7. Retrieve the desired "Number of Circuits Requested" in the "Select Connection for Change" window.

8. Multi-select/highlight the rows for the "Number of Circuits Requested".

9. Click the APPLY button then click the OK button.

    * Note only 1 of the 24 selected circuits was added to the order.
