When attempting to run the plan, the following program is failing with error:
MSCPLD: Loader Worker With Direct Load Option


ERROR

One or more indexes on table MSC.DEMANDSXXXX are invalid. Please check the SQL*loader error and take corrective action.
MSCSLD : Error in mrcheck_indexes 10

index MSC.MSC_DEMANDS_U1_XXXX was made unusable due to:
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigation > Supply Chain Plan > Launch the plan
3. Following child program fails with error:
MSCPLD: Loader Worker With Direct Load Option
