Symptoms
Experiencing an issue regarding one of our analyst user into the Interactive application in our Dev1 environment.
Occasionally, they are able to see transactions from the group "XXXSuport" that they wasn't granted access to.
When we restarted our Weblogic services the issue would disappear and the user's interface would be displaying the proper transaction regarding his groups.
Sadly, the next day the transaction from other groups will appear again in his interface. We also tried to delete his web browser cache but it did not help.
