Symptoms

When the dm_oracle is started, there are some occasions when a bad listen_sd accept, errno 22 error is shown in the dm_oracle.log and dm_oracle.pinlog.

When the error is shown the dm_oracle generally starts. However, there are some rare occasions where the dm_oracle fails to start and it takes a number of attempts to restart.
