Node Manager Crashes When Disk Becomes 100% Full (Doc ID 2940968.1)

Goal

While processing huge volumes of Call Detail Records (CDRs), whenever disk space is full, node manager crashes as it is unable to write file. Also when ever CPU or Memory reaches 100%, node manager hangs untill node manager process is killed.

Query: How can Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) product handle such instances and make sure that node manager is not crashing?
