Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) the FCT_Discount module performs discounting operations. The module supports discounting for events rated in real time and events rated in batch by Pipeline Manager.

The DAT_Discount module provides discount data for the FCT_Discount module.

 While running the rerating pipeline, a slow performance was encountered in the discounting module.
