PMDA G.k.4.r.8 Does Not Populate For Vaccine

Symptoms
The dosage description text for vaccine license does not populate in PMDA G.k.4.r.8.
Steps:
1. Open the case form
2. Go to the product tab and confirm that the case has Japan vaccine license
3. Confirm that the text is entered in the "dosage description (投与量に関する記述)" field
4. Enter the mandatory value for PMDA E2B R3
5. Schedule PMDA E2B
6. Save the case
7. Click the draft link
8. Check the data for G.k section for vaccine product
G.k.4.r.8 (dosage description) does not populate.
