Java error while running reports

run_report_server_job Exception while calling report service: Inconsistent java and sql object

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Reports should run without any errors

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the reports from the application
2. Verify the reports are running and generating the output

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank unable to run the reports
