ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Lease account - For Fiscal-Arrears, income projection(interest earned) is calculated from the first payment date. System should calculate arears (Interest earned) from the start date of the contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the period 1-Jan to 31-Jan, system should post income projection on 31-Jan. 01-Feb to 28/29 Feb, it should post income projection on 28/29-Feb.

Example :

Contract start date: 1-Jan-2016

First payment date: 1-Feb-2016

Billing Cycle : Monthly

Currently Income projection is starting from the 01-Feb-2016 instead of 1-Jan-2016. This is happening for all monthly billing cycles.

STEPS
-----------------------

Check the income projection for the lease account

System should calculate the income projection from the starting date of the contract
