Field Shipment.ext_ref_no_in Is Not Updated When The Entire Receipt Is Zero In SIM (Doc ID 2941525.1)

Symptoms

When the receipt is processed at ZERO or when the AUTO CLOSE process is executed in SIM the payload is generated with all the amounts received at zero and also indicates the SIM receipt number, after processing in RMS the receipts are updated to ZERO in the table SHIPSKU
but does not update the field shipment.ext_ref_no although the Payload has the data.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

shipment.ext_ref_no_in to update with Receipt Number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1

-Create PO in RMS
- Create Allocation
- Make the PO receipt;
- Dispatch the allocation to the store;
- In Store Receipt Process:
  We can wait for SIM to automatically close receipt or the receipt can be made manually received with all quantities in 0

Scenario 2

-Create store to store transfer in SIM
-Perform transfer receipt with Zero quantity
-auto close the transfer
-check data in RMS


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Required for receipt evaluations in RMS, without this populated field you don't know if it was the base of reconciling process who closed or if SIM sent the receipt in 0 and this field is required by Batch od_lookup_transfer_delivery_cont.ksh.
