Expect Plan to not generate the reschedule exceptions with To Date in the past.

STEPS
-----------------------

NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner / Supply Chain Plan

1. Open Launch, pick plan and submit request
2. When completed, open Workbench and view exceptions
