Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce the issue:
1. Configure Multi EDQ 
2. Perform updating watchlist from both EDQ at the same time which tries to update cs_watchlist table at the same time

Error Encountered:
Primary Key violated PK_100 in differents EDQs in different MultiEDQ Screening
