Text Appears Garbled After A Saved Search Import Into Dashboard When Using Agile Configuration Propagation (ACP) (Doc ID 2941995.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.6.0 version, Dataload

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When importing saved searches using Agile Configuration Propagation (ACP) and then adding the saved search to the Dashboard the value appears garbled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When adding the save search to the Dashboard the value should appear as Manufacturer Parts.Active and not garbled.

STEPS

  1. Prepare a Source and Target Agile environment with the same RUP.
  2. Setup ACP project.properties file. 
    - Setup Test Config Instance (Source).
    - Setup Development Instance (Target).
  3. Setup ACP config.xml.
  4. In Java Client of Source and Target environment, go to Admin > Classes >
    Items > Parts > UI Tabs > Manufacturers > enable 'Mfr. Part Lifecycle Phase'.
  5. In Java Client of Source and Target environment, go to Admin > Classes >
    Manufacturer Parts > Manufacturer parts > Lifecycle Phases > add and enable
    'In Work' lifecycle phase. 
  6. Log in to Web Client of Source environment.
  7. Perform an advance search with the following criteria:
    Items : Parts : Object Search
            Mfr Part Lifecycle Phase : In : Manufacturer parts.In Work;
  8. Save the search criteria to Global Searches Folder and named it as "Test".
  9. Go to ACP directory where config.xml and project.properties files is
    located and open cmd.
  10. Execute acp export command:
