NAV:Advanced Planning Administrator (R) / Admin / Instances and enter setup data and attempt to save and get error
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

The form error is a direct hit on
FRM-40735 On-Insert Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-04063 In APS Instances <Note 1354202.1>
- which is resolved by launching request - Update Synonyms

However, the request Update Synonyms failed due to missing parameter - and showed message - Enter a Value for Schema name parameter
Checking the parameter default SQL, it was discovered that is checked for owner of table MDP_MATRIX - and this table was missing/

SQL returned no rows - select * from all_objects where object_name like 'MDP_MATRIX';
