Goal

When attempting to add less than 25 characters in Thai language in Group description ,the following error occurs.

"This field cannot have more than 25 Characters."

Steps To Recreate:
1.Login to SIM >Admin->Product Group->create.
2.Select Type as "Unit">Enter Group description with Thai characters less than 25.
3. Note the above error.
