The 'Project Administrators' Group Is Available However Not Visible for Access Control, Business Process Setup, or Workflow Steps via User/Group Picker (Doc ID 2943608.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

The Project Administrators group is available on the Project Template > User Administration > Groups, however, is not visible to add to Access Control, Business Process Setup, or Workflow Steps via the User/Group picker for the same Project Template.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Since the Project Administrators Group is available under Project Template > User Administration > Groups, it should also be visible to Add to Access Control, Business Process Setup, or Workflow Steps via the User/Group picker for the same Project Template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace (Admin mode) > Templates > XYZ_Project Template > User Administration > Groups. Observe that the Project Administrators group is available.
  3. Next navigate to Company Workspace (Admin mode) > Templates > XYZ_Project Template > Access Control > Any_node -> Add - Add Users/Groups. Select Show by: Groups. Observe that the Project Administrators group is not visible.
  4. Similar case is observed while Business Process Setup or Workflow Setup.
