Chinese Columns Can Not Be Added To Shell Dashboard Details Block (Doc ID 2943696.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Dashboard details block shows blank after adding and saving Columns in Chinese.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Set User preference Language to Chinese.
  3. Navigate to open one Project ->Home->My Dashboard.
  4. Edit Dashboard->Edit Details block.
  5. Add the Columns shows in Chinese language.
  6. Save the change but Details block is blank.
