Error 'Failed to load class com.agile.pc.cmserver.item.itemPriceRow' When User Tries to Open Price Tab of an Object in Javaclient (Doc ID 2944012.1)

Symptoms

When user try to open Price tab of an object in JavaClient, below error is displayed.

Error

Failed to Load Class com.agile.pc.cmserver.item.itemPriceRow

Steps

1. Login to Agile JavaClient - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Go to Assembly 07-07371
3. Click on the Price tab
4. No details are displayed and above error is displayed.

Changes

 Agile PLM is recently upgraded to 9.3.6
