ECM 812 - Installation Issue (Doc ID 2944604.1)

We are in the process of doing greenfield installation (not upgrade) of FCCM BD, ECM and CRR 812 versions. As of now, BD and ECM upgrades are done and noticed few issues and would like to get concurrence from Oracle support before proceeding to CRR 812 installation.

Observation # 1: Post BD 812 successful installation, Ran schema creator of ECM and it went fine but OFSAA Installation was failed with the following error

[Tue 11/4/2023 02:02:05] [OFS_ECM] [FATAL] - Error3: Invalid Infodom Name. Provide a valid Infodom Name.

Upon further investigation, I noticed that /schema_creator/OFS_ECM_SCHEMA_OUTPUT.xml, I could not see the xml tag wRdlmE2t6588Sx/H3XGIaQ==

I had to copy this tag from BD 812 and update the file OFS_ECM_SCHEMA_OUTPUT.xml and installation went fine.

Observation # 2: I dont see any logs under OFS_ECM_PACK/OFS_AAI/logs after ECM OFSAA installation.
