Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Open CS with Analyst User 

Step 2 : Filter the records with Jurisdiction and business domain

Step 3 : Check if the values are filtered correctly.

Issue Encountered :

User reported that filter is not working in alert list page in CS for Jurisdiction and business domain.

New Jurisdiction is added
