Symptoms

When attempting to check capacity through 'View RCCP', the following error occurs:

"An error has occurred while invoking the CRP Inquiry manager with the following error message:

CONC-TM-NO MANAGER DEFINED (APPLICATION=CRP)
(PROGRAM=CYCQCP) (RESP_ID=63784) (RESP_APPL_ID=705)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to View RCCP: Capacity Planner Responsibility -> Capacity Plan -> View RCCP

2. Enter the Schedule and Bill of Resource details and click 'Resource' button. This brings up Resource information.

3. Select a resource (checkbox) and click 'Calculate' button.

4. See a popup with above error.
