Comments are not retained in ASCP Workbench after re-running the Plan
We have observed an issue after VCP upgrade to 12.2.7 that Comments entered for firm Planned orders are not retained after next plan run as MSC_USER_NOTES data gets deleted. This must be because Order Number for Planned order (Transaction id) is changing on the next plan run. But we are running plan with Overwrite = None. It should follow what is covered in Doc ID 1358670.1

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Launch
2. Open Workbench and add comments to some records in the Plan
3. Re-run the Plan Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Launch
4. Open the Workbench and review the Planned Orders that comments where attached to

Upgraded to 12.2.7 and applied the latest cumulative patch
