No Provision To Search Package In Billing Care

Goal
This is an enhancement request for Billing Care to add sorting option for the packages based on package name.
The current behavior is intentional. The order is pre-determined with the package name sorting order done by the system.
It is important,based on its become difficult to CSR to select the correct one among hundreds of packages. This provides a very logical presentation for the customer service representative to view the information.
