Multiple Sesssion Login in a Load Balancer Setup

Symptoms
On : 8.1.2.1 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On a Load Balance configured Environment, and Allow user to log in from multiple machines is disabled.
when a logged in user tries to login from another browser from the same machine/another machine initially it says user already login and when we click OK and re try logging in, its allows to login.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

user should not be allowed to login simultaneously from a new browser/machine
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps on a load balancer setup :
1)disable Allow user to log in from multiple machines by logging in as sysadmn
2) Then re-login with the load balancer URL from one browser
3)In the same machine use a different browser or try from a different machine and login with the same use as step 2, here user gets a pop up saying user Already logged in(Refer attached screenshot)
4)On click of ok, it re-directs to Login page and upon providing the user id and password, user gets logged in successfully.
