Symptoms
Web Client freezes after editing and saving BOM tab.
ERROR
Error in DevTools: "UncaughtTypeError...."
UI shows no error but freezes and user cannot proceed without refreshing web client.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client - http(s):<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Open a Change Order.
3. Go to Affected Items.
4. Open any BOM.
5. Update any attribute and save the changes.
6. Try to edit any other attribute but not able to edit any other attributes.
7. UI freezes and user not able to proceed with other operations.
