Symptoms

Quick search for item number ending with . (dot) is not showing results though the item present in Agile PLM


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
  2. Run Quick search for item number ending with . (dot) (eg: P00001.)
  3. Quick search do not give any results
