Goal
On: 2.7.0.3.0 version, ENV - Environment
Rate Analysis skips and the value is always zero
Using the IWS the amounts are always zero, wherein in the SA Billing History the correct amount is displayed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue Description
Why is the bill for acct 9979624332 usage period from 6/29/2022 – 7/29/2022 showing as zero
in the rate compared to when in CCB it shows a bill for $24.79? but it has Custom and Base Rate
Analysis of the value is equal to zero.
1. Using the Custom Rate Analysis
I noticed that there is an error in the response in the IWS. Another value is valid.
2. Using the Base Rate Analysis WX-RateAnlys
We also encounter the same error. even though we tried to enter a valid value. It always skips
and the value is always 0
