On : 16.0.2 version, Installation
Upgrading from RMS V16.0.2.1 to 19.0
The customer looking to move from v16.0.2 to version 19. So please can you let us know, can the retails apps can directly be upgrade to Retail 19.0 version?
Also please let us know if you have any in house upgrade done, certification matrix for upgrade to 19.0 version and BI version supported.
