PDC XMLs Load Taking More Time

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PDC XMLs load is taking more time
Here the user is importing the XML files using ImportExportPricing utility.. All the pricing components are spread across 7000 XML files and as per dependency those are getting imported. They suspect with 7000 files if each takes 4-5 sec to read/submit itself – takes ~9 hours . Currently the import is approximately taking 9 to 10 hours.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Importing of pricing xmls should be completed in the time frame of 30 mins to 1 hour.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On PDC 12.0.0.4.0 version, import the pricing xml (pricing components spread across large number of xml files) via Import Export Utility
2. Check if the utility is taking long time to complete.
