PKG_CONSOLE_UPDATE_AUDIT.P_CMN_FIELDS_U Not Adding Correct Audit Detail

Goal
When amending a common field e.g. E2B_ICON for Case Seriousness via the database backend package/function PKG_CONSOLE_UPDATE_AUDIT.P_CMN_FIELDS_U. The update completes fine but the audit details displayed in Argus User Interface (UI) are incomplete
Steps to reproduce:
Run an update such as below (to change E2B_ICON to enabled for Case Assessment > Seriousness field):
The field is correctly updated.
[Utilities] > Logs > View Audit Log
Search for Category = Case Fields and changes made on the date of the above update.
Note, there is a 'Changed' entry recorded by the 'System' user (although the context was not set to this user), clicking on the 'Actions' icon to view details there is no detail at all associated with the change made.
When change is made via the UI the audit is correct/complete i.e.
- Argus Console -> System Configuration -> Field Properties -> Analysis -> Case Assessment > Case Seriousness Notes
- Check the [x] ICSR Field
- Save
- View audit details they are complete, it is only incomplete when done via the backend.
