Consumed Reservation Is Not Coming In TTC Scenario For Domestic Throttle Bundle (Doc ID 2947756.1)

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine, 12.0.0.4.11 version, Charging server launcher, CNE Deployment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Consumed reservation is not coming in Tariff-Time-Change (TTC) scenario for domestic throttle bundle. Here it is observed that Reservations impact map goes missing from current month MB bucket.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Consumed reservation should be made on MB bucket on the current month.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account with base bundle with 4MB data left in the current month's MB bucket.
2. Start usage at 23:30 hrs for local data.
3. GSU of 10 MB is received
4. TTC appeared in CCA, reservation of 4MB seen on MB bucket for current and 10MB on next month.
5. Make usage of 10MB at 23:31
6. Reservation impact map is going missing from the current month bucket.
