Symptoms

Billing Care : Unable to open /payinfo/invoice

The invoice accounts are not opening due to the check in below code. There is no error in connection manager (CM) or weblogic logs.
For the user's specific implementation, the /payinfo/invoice will be created without the PIN_FLD_INV_INFO array elements. Hence it is requested to relax the Billing Care's out-of-box validation so that accounts can be opened in Billing case without /payinfo/invoice.PIN_FLD_INV_INFO array


STEPS
--------
Create a customer with /payinfo/invoice, which does not have invoice.PIN_FLD_INV_INFO array.
