Incorrect Quanity Tier Value During MidSession Configuration For Voice Usage (Doc ID 2948363.1)

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.4.0 version, CNE Deployment,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MidSession Configuration for Voice usage not getting expected results in quantity tiers.

Here below midsession trigger conditions are configured for EventDelayedSessionTelcoGsm with Quantity value = 7200 and passed total usage of 16000 in multiple update requests as 5000+3000+5000+3000. 3 Event POIDs got generated, but it is observed that the quantity tier values of the event POIDs are not getting generated as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Quantity tier value should be generated as 8000 as the per mid-session configuration

STEPS:
-------------------

1. On ECE 12.0.0.4.5 Version, for the "EventDelayedSessionTelcoGsm" event, configure MidSession in charging-settings.xml file for Voice usage at 7200 seconds
2. Create an account and purchase Voice Product
3. Pass Credit-Control Requests for voice usage of 16000 seconds in Multiple Update Requests as below:
 CCR-I
 CCR-U (USU= 5000)
 CCR-U (USU=3000)
 CCR-U (USU=5000)
 CCR-U (USU=3000)
4. Verify if Event POIDs and Quantity tiers are getting generated as expected as per the Mid-session trigger configuration
