[On CCB, 2.6.0.1.0]
The statistical amount is being passed to the GL when all of the FT's are being summarized with a doubling of the consumption.
The issue occurs when there is activity that is summarized to the credit transaction for revenue (bill) and debit to transaction to revenue (bill cancellation). When there is only a credit transaction for revenue for the day, it does not occur.
