The average weight or WAC Received Weight Are Not Reflected Correctly When Receiving a Catch Weight Type 4 Item

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select or create a non-pack catch weight Type 4 item
2. Note the average cost and average weight on ITEM_LOC_SOH
3. Create a PO for one case of the item
4. Ship and receive the PO in RMS and enter a receipt weight that is different from the nominal weight (18 LB vs. 20 LB nominal weight for example)
5. Note that the average weight hasn’t been recalculated to reflect the impact of the received weight
6. Note that the WAC hasn’t been impacted by the received weight
7. Note that the cost of the receipt posted to tran data has not been impacted by the received weight
