Symptoms
Collection Cartridge (CC) file level duplicate check is not working when customer collect files via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). Collection Cartridge is collecting Call Details Record (CDR) files with same name multiple times from remote server even when duplicate file check is enabled.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

File level duplicate check should be supported when files are collected via SFTP server.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Enabled duplicate check option in Collection Cartridge.
2. Place CDR files with same name in the remote path after each collection schedule.
Same file name are getting collected.
