'data capture error null' Appears When Saving A CRF (For A New Patient That Has No Data Entered). (Doc ID 2950023.1)

Symptoms

1)
RDC Onsite: enter CRF for a new patient that has no data entered => below appears on the screen when doing a save complete of the CRF:

Error
The data entry window has encountered an unexpected error and will shut down.
If the problem recurs, please report the following information for diagnostic
purposes:
Log code 7472969299, data capture error null.



2)
The '74729692993847114795564970149.dump' file created on the RDC Application Server contains below error:
