Only One "=" Separator Is Accepted At /u01/ouaf/ORMBDEV/bin/processTemplate.plx (Doc ID 2950248.1)

Goal

If we use plain a Weblogic password in ORMBDEV/etc/cm_properties.ini, we are able to run the initialsetup.
Due to security reasons, the encrypted weblogic password was updated in m_properties.ini. 

When running initialsetup, the following error is encountered.
