GOAML: Add Comments action Gives Error After Adding Comment And Saving

Symptoms
In CRR when the user takes the 'Add comments ' action on the first tab (Reporting Entity Information). The page refreshes to below error after saving.
"[2000088] The request could not be processed. This could be due to invalid input received. If the problem persists, contact the application administrator."
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open a report and click on first tab (Reporting Entity Information)action button 'Add Comments'.
2. A pop-up would appear. Put your comments and click on Save.
3. It says 'Update operation successful' and redirects it to the page and shows the above-mentioned error(attached screenshot).
The issue reported on both CRR 8.1.1.1.0 and CRR 8.1.2.1.0v.
