MetaSolv Solution Application Only Displays White Screen After Login After Security Changes Made to the tbs.exe Client Machines (Doc ID 2950926.1)

Symptoms

Users receive a blank white screen immediately after logon instead of the Navbar/My Navbar and My Desktop. The Background Processor and Interfaces applications are working. Clients that were already connected started to receive the "Unable to communicate with application server" error.

Changes

Customer disabled the browser's TLS 1.0 & 1.1 Advanced Security Internet Properties on all computers.
